How this tennis practice planner works
Choose 1–4 players on one court, 15–180 minutes, a level and a goal. The deterministic planner chooses compatible activities and includes one-minute transitions. Requests below useful activity minimums receive a clear alternative. No wall or basket is assumed.
A useful 30-minute example for two players
Start with 6 minutes of crosscourt rally practice, spend 11 minutes on cooperative volleys, and finish with an 11-minute down-the-line game. Two one-minute transitions make 30 minutes. Assemble this example manually or generate your own varied plan.
The social tennis rotation planner allocates people to courts and rests; this practice planner chooses training activities.
