Privacy at a glance
No account is required. CourtUmpire does not use ads. CourtUmpire does not intentionally collect personal match data through an online account or cloud service, and does not intentionally use analytics, advertising cookies, external tracking, payments, or backend services.
Match information
The app allows you to enter match information such as player names, scores, match log entries, and match settings. This information is stored locally on your device. CourtUmpire does not receive, transmit, or access this match information.
Local match data remains on your device until you delete the match data, clear the app data, or uninstall the app.
PDF reports
PDF reports are generated on your device. You choose whether to save, export, or share them.
If you share a PDF report outside CourtUmpire, that sharing is controlled by you and by the sharing app or service you select.
Website access data
When you visit courtumpire.com, the website hosting provider may process technical access data such as your IP address, browser information, the date and time of access, and server logs. This is used to deliver the website securely and reliably. CourtUmpire does not use website analytics, advertising cookies, or tracking cookies.
Email contact
If you contact CourtUmpire by email, your email address and message content are processed only to respond to your inquiry.

- You can delete local app data from your device.
- You choose whether to export or share PDF reports.
Your privacy rights
Where applicable, you may request access to your personal data, correction or deletion of it, restriction of its processing, or object to its processing. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. For private-sector matters in Bavaria, the likely supervisory authority is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA).
No automated decision-making
CourtUmpire does not use automated decision-making or profiling.
Children and younger users
CourtUmpire is intended for tennis players, coaches, and match organizers aged 13 and over. The app is not designed for children under 13.
CourtUmpire does not require an account, does not use advertising, does not use analytics, and does not intentionally collect personal data from children or younger users.
If the app is used by minors in training, club, school, or tournament contexts, users should avoid entering unnecessary personal information. Player names can be entered as first names, initials, nicknames, or temporary labels.
Future features
This policy must be updated before CourtUmpire adds analytics, cloud sync, crash reporting, ads, payments, accounts, contact forms, or third-party SDKs.
