Build a repeatable rally against a permitted practice wall.
Build a repeatable rally against a permitted practice wall.
A stands in the clear practice area facing a permitted wall, far enough away for an easy one-bounce return. The wall replaces the net in this diagram; check the space is free.
Count consecutive controlled returns. Keep your best sequence; no point penalties.
Solo: rest after five sequences. Nobody feeds from the other side of the wall.
Move closer and use a slower, comfortable ball speed.
Use a smaller target while keeping the same rotation and scoring.
Not applicable: solo activity.
Keep spare balls and equipment outside playing routes. Call shared balls, leave room for swings and retrieve only after the ball is dead. Use a comfortable pace and stop rather than chasing into another player or court.
Follow the illustrated instructions. No video has been published for this activity.
