Control short, gentle volleys against a permitted practice wall.
Control short, gentle volleys against a permitted practice wall.
A faces a permitted practice wall in a clear area, about three metres away or farther if needed. T is a broad area above its net-height line. The diagram wall replaces the tennis net.
Count controlled volleys after the feed. Aim for three, then five; count only comfortable contacts above the wall line.
Solo: pause after five sequences and switch the starting volley face for the next group.
Let the rebound bounce once and finish with a catch after each return.
Alternate forehand and backhand volleys while keeping the same safe pace.
Not applicable: solo activity.
Use only a wall approved for tennis, check side clearance and keep the rebound gentle. Stop rather than crowding the wall.
Follow the illustrated instructions. No video has been published for this activity.
